Brisas Rewards ® Program Terms and Conditions

General:

  • The Brisas Rewards Membership is a Benefit from Las Brisas Hotel Collection to its Frequent Guests and the enrolment is free.
  • The benefits of belonging to Brisas Rewards can only be used by the member.
  • Las Brisas Hotel Collection is the rightful owner and administrator of the Brisas Rewards Program by which has the right for modifying, suspending provisionally or indefinitely the program without any advice or responsibility, either in its totality or individually to any member that misuses the benefits.
  • Those members whose membership has been suspended by no means can use the Brisas Rewards Points accumulated in their membership, all benefits considered within will also be suspended.
  • The Brisas Rewards Points are copyright property of Las Brisas Hotel Collection.
  • Las Brisas Hotel Collection will maintain communication with its members constantly through the website: www.brisas.com.mx.
  • All Brisas Rewards Members will have updated their information through the website: www.brisas.com.mx at the Loyalty link to keep effective communication between the Program and its Members.
  • It is the member’s responsibility to agree or not to have a communication with Brisas Rewards through e-mail, by selecting the field that authorizes Brisas Rewards to keep in contact by this channel.
  • Members must consult periodically for any changes in the Program at: www.brisas.com.mx

About Accumulation of Brisas Rewards Points

  • Members of Brisas Rewards can accumulate one Brisas Rewards point for every peso paid at any hotel, restaurants and bars of Las Brisas Hotel Collection
  • The points are calculated over consumptions before taxes and tips
  • It will only be considered accumulation since the enrolment of the member.
  • All members are eligible to accumulate points in any of the Las Brisas Hotel Collection’s restaurants and bars even if they don’t have a room reserved.
  • Las Brisas Hotel Collection has the right to choose which rate are applicable for accumulation:
  • RACK Rate
  • Best Available Rate
  • México Holiday Breeze Rate
  • Weekend Rate
  • When during the stay, the member has another room, the points will be credited to his/her account if it is covered by the member him/herself. These other rooms must be for close relatives (Parents, children, wife/husband).
  • The member commits to provide his/her membership number when booking a reservation to assure to correct accumulation of points. All queries for misapplications must be done within two months after the stay.  
  • All those members who does not have any movements during a period of two years will be frozen from our database and loose all benefits.

 
About Redemption of Brisas Rewards Points

  • The Brisas Rewards membership must be active at the moment of the redemption request.
  • The points can only be redeemed by the Brisas Rewards Member.
  • The member is responsible for his/her ID and Internet Password necessary to consult balance and update information.
  • The value of Brisas Rewards Points is responsibility of Brisas Rewards and these could change without any advice.
  • Once the points are redeemed they can not be reintegrated to the membership.
  • The member must have knowledge of these terms and conditions at any time.
