April 04 to July 16 , 2010: 1 day before arrival date or one night will be charge in credit card.
July 17 to August 15 , 2010: 3 days before arrival date or one night will be charge in credit card
August 16 to December 25, 2010: 1 day before arrival date or one night will be charge in credit card
December 26, 2010 to January 02 2011: 15 days before arrival date or two nights will be charge in credit card. Require two nighs deposit guarantee and two nights minimun stay.
GALERIA PLAZA VERACRUZ * HACIENDA JURICA

Reservations Policy
All rates are quoted and payable in US Dollars, per room, per night plus applicable taxes and service charges.
A. 15% VAT is not included in rates shown herein and is subject to change without prior notice, a 2% lodging tax in all resorts applies, except for Hacienda Jurica at 2.5% and Galleria Plaza at 1.75%. and Las Brisas Huatulco 3%.
B. Gratuities: For all properties except Acapulco: Maids will be: $2.00 USD per room, per night and $4.00 USD for Bellman service per person in and out. *For Acapulco a daily service charge of $20.00 USD per room per night in lieu of all tips. These charges will also be applied on any night free promotion.
Acapulco´s Gratuities, fiscal invoicing: Due to fiscal laws in effect in Mexico, "Daily Service Charges" (Gratuities) will not be included in fiscal invoices, since this charge shall be made in lieu of tips and will not be fiscally registered as an income of the Hotel. These gratuities shall be distributed among the employees as agreed with the local labor union policy.
C. All rates are set on European Plan, except for Acapulco which includes - "Las Brisas" continental breakfast delivered daily to each "Magic Box" at every Casita.
D. Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
E. Check-Out Time: 1:00 PM
F. Late Check-Out: There will be a charge of $10.00USD plus taxes per hour after the check-out time, until 7:00pm, after that time, a 50% of the room rate confirmed will be automatically charged to your room folio. It is important you check with the Front Desk if you can be allowed to do so, it will depend on the hotel availability.
I) GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. CHILDREN'S POLICY:
There shall be a maximum allowance of two (2) children under 12 years per room sharing with parents at no extra charge with existing bedding (EP only); if a rollaway-bed is required a charge will be applied.
2. GROUP BOOKINGS:
The promotional individual rates available in this website, could be applied for group bookings of up to 10 rooms, however confirmation is subject to space availability. For rate/space requests and special group requirements please contact our Group Department. Also, please take not that our Groups Complimentary policy will automatically be cancelled at the moment you take any of the individual promotions.
3. BLACK-OUT DATES:
During periods of high occupancy, BHR reserves the right to close any of our promotional rates advertised either in the website and/or in the main media.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY AND CHANGES IN NAMES:
Once the guest-names have been received in any written form (website, email, rooming list, etc.), the Travel Agency (in case you have used any) or the client himself must advise the Hotel directly , in order to avoid a no-show penalty, acording with the policy applicable and informed you when you booked your stay.
During weekends (saturday and sunday) all cancellations must be done directly to the hotel, in order to avoid any cancellation penalty.
5. NO SHOW POLICY:
A no-show penalty will be charged in the equivalent of two nights during the Christmas-New Year's weeks and Winter Season, and one night during the Summer Season. Both are based on the room rate/package price you book your reservation. VAT and lodging taxes will apply. These charges will be automatically made to the credit card you used when the booking was made.
6. MINIMUN STAYS
Las Brisas Acapulco, Las Brisas Ixtapa, Las Hadas Manzanillo and Galería Plaza Veracruz requires minimun stay in the next periods: 4 nights for stays on December 26 , 2010 to January 2nd 2011.
7. VAT & LODGING TAX.
All rates are subject to Mexican Federal Value Added Tax and Lodging Tax. Should any Federal, State or Municipal Government agency adjust this Taxes or assess additional taxes during your traveling dates, the same shall be added to the rates contained herein without prior notice to Travel Agency and/or guests themselves.
8. PAYMENT & BILLING PROCEDURES: All reservations can be guaranteed with any major credit cards. Payments must be made in full upon check out. Sorry no Company or Personal Checks are accepted for individual Reservations. Credit facilities shall not apply for groups, for further information, please contact our Group Department.
9. Impossibility of Performance:
It is expressly agreed that each party shall be relieved of their obligations under this Agreement in the event that performance of the Agreement is delayed or prevented by any cause reasonably beyond the parties control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts or orders by governmental authorities, or by fire, flood or explosion, sale of the Hotel, necessary and essential construction, repairs or refurbishing, arrest or seizure under legal proceedings, strike, lockout, or work stoppage or other restraint of labor. When the occurrence or condition which delayed or prevented such performance shall cease and be removed, it shall be the obligation of The Hotel or the Client, as the case may be, without further delay to commence such performance thereof.
10. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of Mexico. If any provision of this agreement is unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Any dispute arising out of its performance or interpretation shall be brought before competent Mexican Courts sitting in Mexico City, regardless of the location of the Hotel where dispute arises.
11. Waiver of Breach:
No waiver of any breach by either party to this Agreement of any term, condition or obligation set forth here shall be deemed as a waiver of the same or similar breach thereafter.
12. Entire Contract:
This Agreement and any attachment hereof constitute the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any and all other prior written or oral agreement. This Agreement may not be released, discharged, changed or modified except by an instrument in writing signed by duly authorized representatives of both parties.
II) PROMOTIONS
1. BRISAS GOURMET – All Inclusive Program.
This new Brisas product has been designed to offer you a high end All-Inclusive Plan while staying at any of our beach properties.
Enjoy a full open bar with premium alcohol selection and a variety of gourmet options at any of our 4 Diamond Award Restaurants, from late-riser breakfast delights, snacks, lunch and superb dinners a la carte, it\\'s all included. Even tips and taxes are included! So, you can relax and enjoy your vacation, exactly the way you want to.
What it's included?
• The Open-Bar: (from 11am to 11pm) with all drinks including: Bottled Water, Sodas, Coffee, Juices, Tea, Beer, Aperitifs, California Sparkling Wine, Vermouth, Wine, Chardonnay & Red, Gin, Vodka, Tequila, Rum, Brandy, Cordials Liquors and Minibar (water bottle, beers, juices and soft drinks).
• Champagne & VSOP not included.
• The Dinning:
o Breakfast: Continental Breakfast, American Breakfast and/or Buffet Breakfast.
o Snack Items may include; Salads, Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Potato Chips, Pizza, Nachos, Guacamole, Fruit. These items may vary per property.
o Lunch & Dinner: Dinner a la carte at any of our Restaurants such as El Bellavista in Acapulco, Legazpi in Las Hadas, Il Portofino in Ixtapa, El Mexicano in Huatulco, and much more; we have a selection of at least 3 restaurants at each property to choose from.
o Room Service (based on the Room Service Menu).
o Minibar (only 2 small bottles of water, 2 softdrinks or juices and 2 beers) maximum per day. Any other minibar item will be charged separately.
o A $15-20USD surcharge may apply for certain entrées (such as lobster, lamb or caviar).

Rates for this plan are per person, per night, quoted in USD includes 15% tax and 15% tips. A surcharge of $15-$20USD will apply for certain entrées. Does not include room service or mini bar. At Las Brisas Acapulco the breakfast is delivered to the guest room (consists of thermos of coffee, sweet rolls and fresh fruit). There is a special price for children (5-18 years old).

2.- SUMMER PROMOTIONS:
A 4th night free will may be offered based on available rates. This promotion cannot be combinable with any other promotion offered on individual or corporate basis by our properties.
3.- FAMILY PROMOTION (Applies for Ixtapa,Hautulco & Manzanillo)
During the Summer and Fall periods (March 28th 01 until October 31st) a special family promotion shall apply, by offering a special rate for the second room (Children's), when booking the first room (Parent's) at the best available rate. The maximum capacity on the second room, will be 4 children under 15 years old, on existing bedding. This promotion cannot be combinable with any other promotion offered on individual or corporate basis by our properties.
4. KIDS EAT FREE DURING SUMMER (Applies for Ixtapa, Huatulco & Manzanillo)
Durign the Summer (June -August) We usually have the Kids Eat Free promotion, please check if this promotion is available during your traveling dates. If that is the case 2 Children under 12 years old eat free when eating with their Parents at our restaurants at any of the above mentioned properties. (Maximum 1 Child per Adult).
5.- HONEYMOON BONUS (All Properties)
A courtesy bottle of domestic sparkling wine (Calvigne – Santo Tomas) will be sent to honeymooners rooms, when requesting it upon booking, and/or you can contact the property itself to notify it about it.
6.- FOOD & BEVERAGE CREDIT (All properties)
Whenever we have a food & beverage credit available as part of our promotions this will always be applicable per room, per stay on bookings with a minimum of 5 nights or more.
7. SPECIAL ACTIVITIES :
Jeeps at Acapulco.
A float of 40 pink and white automatic jeeps is available for rental to Las Brisas guests to be driven within the Acapulco county limits (Insurance, gasoline & unlimited mileage included). – Pricing in USD
